Frequent questions

  • This is normal - many participants feel this way in the beginning. Our goal is to create a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing at their own pace. You don't need to be "smart" here - just be yourself and give it a try.

  • Yes, we are very much looking forward to regular participation, as the groups are formed once and without pre-recruitment. This helps to maintain trust and support in the group and also gives the opportunity to go deeper into the process. Each meeting is an important part of the overall experience.

  • We create a space where everyone can be themselves and we have clear principles of respect and privacy. You can always set your own boundaries.

  • We ask everyone to participate actively, because it is in conversation that meaning and support are born. The format of the meeting is based on interaction - the more inclusive, the deeper the experience. We do not offer a "just listen" format, but you can talk as much as you feel comfortable.

  • The camera is an important part of our atmosphere. We strive for live contact and a sense of presence, even through a screen. The camera helps to see each other, feel supported and be included. We ask all participants to be with their camera on.

  • There are no "right" or "wrong" answers in our group. We speak from personal experience, and everyone's experience is different. This is not a lecture or an exam - it is a safe space where you can try, make mistakes, revise your views. We are not here to judge, but to listen and support.

  • Absolutely okay! So many people are coming for the first time. You don't need to have any special knowledge or skill. We are creating this space together, and your experience is just as important as someone else's "experience". The key is to be open to yourself and others.

  • It is very important that participants show up on time and be at all meetings. This helps to create a rhythm and a sense of trust in the group. If you realize that you will not be able to be or, for example, if you are running late, please let us know in advance - this will help us to better organize the space.
